A - Z Information

If your booth exceeds an area of 8 square meters, it is imperative to pre-share your booth design with the organising committee. We promote an open booth design to enhance visibility and foster an inviting atmosphere for all sponsors.

Thursday, November 13th, 08:00 AM till 12:00 PM or during the program 13:00 – 14:40 PM.

Note that the building is public. Although the building is open to the public, the foyer and corridor will be specifically reserved for our use; however, they will remain accessible to individuals passing by. Furthermore, we advise all sponsors to ensure that their valuables are secured and taken back to the hotel following the conclusion of the symposium. Banners and others are no problem. More information about your setup will follow-up quickly. 

Lunches are included on Friday, November 14th and Saturday, November 15th. Please note that coffee, tea, and water will be available for the stand throughout the day, just outside the room. Catering will be provided during the scheduled break times.

Extra catering for your stand must be ordered directly at the organisers. No outside catering will be permitted in the building. If you require catering please contact us on registrations@congresscare.com.

The building will be open from 08:00 to 20:00 on Thursday and Friday, and from 08:00 to 15:00 on Saturday.

On Saturday, November 15, all stand items must be removed between 12:00 and no later than 15:00.

In the event of fire, switch off all electrical equipment and machinery in the vicinity of the fire, notify the venue’s security immediately and clear the hall promptly by the nearest fire exit.

Leaflets may not be distributed from anywhere other than the Exhibition Stands or within the Integrated Symposia. Companies organising an Integrated Symposium are allowed to promote their symposium only the time slot preceding their symposium (not earlier!). Leaflets displayed or distributed at any other point throughout the venue may be removed and destroyed by the Organisers.

The maximum allowed height is 2.5 meters.

Thursday: 10:00 – 19:00
Friday: 08:00 – 18:00
Saturday: 08:00 – 13:00

Please note that deliveries to the location are only possible between Wednesday, 12 November and Thursday, 13 November, between 09:00 and 17:00.
A central reception desk will be available to receive and collect packages during this period. It is really important to have the correct sending label and names to find the package again at the location.

Exhibition space has been contracted on a space-only basis. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Organisers, exhibitors are not authorised to sublet, share or transfer their stand space. In the event of an exhibitor failing to take possession of his stand the Organisers have the right to re-allocate the stand and all monies paid shall be forfeited.

Storage is available in Auditorium Room 1.4.

At the venue there will be free WiFi available.

Unloading can take place directly at Penha Campus, Auditorium 1.5. Separate building.
Please inform your supplier that you are attending the THNO Congress. They will direct you to the appropriate room. Both an elevator and stairs are available.

No alcoholic beverages or entertainment will be provided.
