Please note: This information is only relevant to THNO-10 sponsors with an Integrated sponsored (lunch) symposium within their sponsor package. If this is not the case, please contact us for all the Sponsor options.

Corporate Banner in THNO promotional mailing [only applicable if ordered in the sponsor package]

Please send an 1000px x 300px png., jpeg. or pdf. by e-mail as soon as possible to registrations@congresscare.com, so that we can decided when to add it to a promotional mailing. 

E-blast: dedicated emailing [only applicable if ordered in the sponsor package]

Please deliver the following items at least 1 week before the preferred date of sending the e-mail blast:
    Mail format in HTML in a .ZIP folder
    Title of the mailing
    Send the images (as additional, so we can check if they are published correctly) within this mailing separately in png. or jpeg.

Please provide your PowerPoint slide in 16:9 format, including staff details and promotional content.
