Abstract guidelines

Oral/clinical case presentations
Oral and clinical case presentations are included in the program and can be found in the schedule on the program page. These sessions are scheduled for Thursday from 16:50 to 17:50 PM and 17:50 to 19:00 PM, and on Friday from 11:45 AM to 12:50 PM and 16:45 to 17:25 PM.
Preparations:
Create a short presentation in PowerPoint 16:9 format that can be presented in 7 minutes, including questions. Make sure you summarise your abstracts and present the key words. For Clinical Case the presentation time is 15 minutes.
In the room, your presentation will automatically start on the main screen; a clicker and a cathedral microphone are ready to start.
Your presentation must be sent beforehand to the organization on November 10th before 11:00 AM to registrations@congresscare.com
Please note: registration is mandatory. Abstracts will be removed from the program if no valid registration is in place after October 15th.
Poster & Poster pitches
Poster authors who have completed their registration before the deadline, are welcome to present a physical poster on site during the designated poster viewing session timings. These sessions take place twice daily (we refer to the program for exact times).
After the deadline of October 15, all authors will be informed about the specific timing of their 2-minute pitch opportunity. During these sessions, the committee will circulate to view and evaluate the posters. All presentations will be considered for the Best Poster Award on Saturday ending.
Even poster numbers (P002, P004) will be mounted on Thursday till Friday morning 11:00 AM.
Uneven poster numbers (P001, P003) will be mounted on Friday 11:30 AM till Saturday 13:15 PM.
Please make sure to mount your poster on time.
Poster specifications: A0 format
Your poster must be brought by yourself; there is no printing service available.
